Two twin plants
Pesaresi Giuseppe S.p.A. has two twin EUROMECC concrete production plants, installed in 2010.
The system design has been studied to make it as flexible as possible, so as to guarantee 4 load points, each, with a capacity of 100 m3 per hour, with a different type of product. This configuration also allows the advantage of production continuity in the event of a line failure, guaranteeing the supply to the customer 24 hours a day, which is never interrupted with this system.
As for the bituminous conglomerate plant, production is constantly supported by the Research and Development Department, overseeing the entire production cycle, from the selection of raw materials to the final product.
Thanks to the collaboration with the Research and Development Department, alongside the traditional concrete products for the different classes of resistance and exposure, specific products for street furniture such as architectural concrete, pervious concrete and calcestre (natural soil stabilised with natural binder) were born .
In fact, we support customers in choosing the best product for their specific need, often designing it together, starting from the selection of raw materials in the laboratory, up to the production of test samples for testing, and then go into production.
